Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Parker777 membership and to place any bet. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age and that online gaming is permitted where you live. Some Indian states — including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland and Sikkim — restrict or prohibit online gaming, and it is your responsibility to check the law that applies to you before you play. If you are in a restricted area, you must not use the platform.

Your Account

Each member may hold one account, registered with true and current details. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity under your login. Do not share your account, and tell us at once if you suspect someone else has accessed it. We may ask you to complete KYC verification before you withdraw, and we may suspend an account while we confirm identity, investigate suspected fraud, or meet a legal requirement.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are added to your wallet once cleared by the payment provider, from a minimum of ₹100 by UPI. Withdrawals are paid back to the same method you deposited with, subject to KYC being complete. We process member payouts on a priority basis, but final timing can depend on your bank or UPI provider. We may decline a withdrawal that is linked to fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms, and we do not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotions

Any bonus, prize drop, cashback or reward is offered at our discretion and carries its own conditions, which we publish with the offer. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and maximum-win caps may apply. Bonuses are for genuine play only. Creating multiple accounts, colluding, or using a promotion in a way it was not intended will void the bonus and any winnings from it, and may lead to account closure.

Betting Rules

A bet is accepted once confirmed and shown in your bet history. We settle markets using recognised official results, and where a result is corrected by the governing body, we may re-settle. Obvious pricing errors, technical faults or void events may lead to a bet being cancelled and the stake returned. Live bets may be delayed for a few seconds while odds update; if a market closes before your bet is accepted, it will not stand. Please check your bet slip before you confirm.

Fair Play and Conduct

Parker777 relies on certified random number generators and independently audited games. You agree not to use bots, exploits, or any software that gives an unfair advantage, and not to attempt to manipulate a market or collude with other members. We monitor for these behaviours, and breaching this section can result in voided bets, forfeited balances and a permanent ban.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep the platform available, accurate and secure, but we provide it on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, Parker777 is not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, provider downtime, or incorrect data supplied by a third party. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Gambling carries financial risk, and you play with money you accept you could lose.

Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting support, and you can request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion whenever you need one. We may close or suspend an account that breaches these terms, is linked to fraud, or is used by someone under 18. When an account closes, we return any withdrawable balance after checks, subject to the law and our retention duties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them as the platform or the law changes, and the date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continued use of Parker777 after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
